How do I submit design requests?
All requests are submitted using an online form linked to our project management tool. After your submission is received, the project is reviewed and we send a notification for the date you can expect to review the first proof. You can review proofs, request revisions and receive final files all inside the platform. Access to the platform is free for clients.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. You can cancel at any time before the end of your billing period. If you don’t cancel before the end of the billing cycle your account will be automatically charged for the next month’s cycle.

- Turnaround time: 2-3 day turnaround for each request
